- Power Platform experience highly regarded An opportunity is available for an experienced Test Lead to take ownership of end-to-end testing across a complex digital transformation project. Working across business SMEs, technical teams and implementation vendors, you will lead the testing approach from strategy and planning through SIT, UAT, deployment and post-production validation. Responsibilities
- Developing and owning the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan
- Leading and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Developing test scenarios, test cases, acceptance criteria and requirements traceability
- Establishing and managing the defect management lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, retesting and closure




- Monitoring test execution and reporting on defects, risks, issues and overall readiness
- Providing evidence-based go-live readiness and quality assessments Essential Criteria
- Robust experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst across complex digital or enterprise application projects
- Strong hands-on experience leading SIT and UAT
- Solid understanding of defect management, triage, severity and priority assessment
- Strong understanding of requirements traceability
- Experience managing testing dependencies across environments, test data, releases and deployments
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate testing across business, technical and vendor teams
- Experience testing Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps solutions
