This mission-critical position for Restorx Regional requires the individual to be relentless in the achievement of goals related to Customer Experience, Quality of Work, Timeliness and Cost-Effectiveness. This position reports to the State Operations Manager & General Manager, Restorx VIC.
Key responsibilities
- Exceed Utilisation Budget Expectations set for the current financial period for your business unit
- Engage with all business units & deliver an additional service support from a claims coordinator
- Assist in scheduling & day to day operations of the delivery business
- Schedule a monthly meeting with Business Units to drive outcomes on quoted pool
- Manage jobs where possible from a desktop supervisor role in times of volume or CAT events
- Attend JLG headquarters at Doncaster once a month with BU managers to sit in on monthly internal relationship meetings
- Attend one regional hub per month with Regional Ops manager to assist in driving outcomes for internal relationships
- Sit in on monthly estimator sales meetings to offer assistance in client engagement for business that require additional support
- Review PowerBi data in job packs with the business units & assist in getting all status outside of KPI back in line
- Achieve billable target of minimum 70% monthly About you
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and adaptable to changing conditions
- Ability to clearly communicate and give direction to Subcontractors and Technicians
- Have a general understanding of industry rates
- Have a valid driver's license
- Promote, maintain, and drive the successful execution of all OH&S; standards, practices, and systems
- Ensure all company OH&S; policies are always followed
- Adhere to and enforce with staff, all OH&S; requirements as prescribed by Legislation and the Johns Lyng Group
