- Rewarding hourly rates $ supporting enterprise Salesforce platforms and digital transformation initiatives We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Systems Administrator to join a leading Federal Government Agency. The successful Salesforce Systems Administrator will support the administration, optimisation and ongoing enhancement of a large-scale Salesforce setting, ensuring platform stability, security and successful delivery of critical business and digital services. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate. The successful Salesforce Systems Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining Salesforce environments to support releases, platform enhancements and business-critical initiatives
- Executing complex Salesforce administration activities while supporting CI/CD processes and environment management
- Troubleshooting platform issues and working with internal teams and vendor partners to resolve incidents and technical challenges
- Maintaining platform security, documentation,



standards and support processes across the Salesforce landscape
- Supporting project delivery activities while collaborating with developers, testers, architects, business analysts and project managers The successful Salesforce Systems Administrator will have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification with demonstrated experience administering enterprise Salesforce environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls including roles, profiles, permissions and sharing models
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Loader and related Salesforce administration tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills with a focus on quality outcomes
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL practices highly regarded This is a great opportunity to work with a leading Federal Government Agency and contribute to the delivery of critical Salesforce and Digital Transformation initiatives.
