LEGO® Certified Stores are looking for an experienced and energetic Retail Regional Manager to lead and inspire a region of our stores.

Our LEGO® Certified Stores bring the LEGO® brand to life through immersive retail environments, incredible products and memorable bricks-in-hands experiences. As Retail Regional Manager, you will play an integral role in driving the performance of our store network, developing our Store Managers and ensuring our stores deliver exceptional customer experiences and commercial results.

Your Role:

As the Retail Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a region of LEGO® Certified Stores, working closely with Store Managers to drive sales, achieve KPI results and maintain exceptional operational and presentation standards.

You will build and develop a high-performing team of Store Managers, providing ongoing coaching, direction and support while identifying opportunities to improve performance across your region.

This is a hands-on retail leadership role, predominantly based in-store and requiring regular interstate travel.

Your Purpose:

Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to build high-performing and engaged store teams.

Support stores to achieve sales targets, KPIs and online fulfilment expectations.

Review store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales, productivity and like-for-like growth.

Provide regular performance commentary and insights to senior leadership, including areas of over and under-performance.

Coach Store Managers in recruitment, training, team development and performance management.

Build strong succession plans and support the development of future retail leaders.

Support the recruitment,



training and operational setup of new store teams and store openings.

Ensure effective rostering and wage management across your region.

Oversee inventory management processes including cycle counts, stocktakes, deliveries and stock security.

Ensure visual merchandising standards and marketing campaigns are consistently executed across all stores.

Maintain exceptional store presentation standards, including uniform, grooming and store maintenance.

Work closely with Store Managers, Support Office teams and centre management to understand opportunities and challenges impacting store performance.

Create a positive and collaborative environment where teams feel supported, recognised and motivated to achieve outstanding results.

To be successful for this role:

At least 2 years’ experience in an Area, Cluster or Regional Manager role within a fast-paced retail environment.

Proven experience leading multiple retail locations and delivering strong sales and KPI results.

Strong leadership capability with the ability to coach, inspire and develop high-performing Store Managers and teams.

A commercially minded approach with the ability to identify missed opportunities and translate insights into action.

Strong operational experience across rostering, wage control, inventory management and visual merchandising.





Confidence managing performance and providing clear, constructive feedback.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Store and Support Office teams.

A proactive, self-motivated and results-orientated approach with a genuine desire to continually improve.

The ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to retail leadership.

Flexibility to travel regularly interstate as required.

A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences and bringing the LEGO® brand to life in-store.
