First Parking is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Brisbane team. This casual role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling calls, emails, intercoms and chats, and processing payments and refunds with accuracy.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, perform daily reporting and troubleshooting across our car parks, and monitor CCTV to identify operational issues.
