Railtrain Pty Ltd on Australia’s East Coast seeks a Training Operations Manager to lead and grow our East Coast RTO operations, based in Newcastle or Brisbane. You’ll oversee trainers and coordinators, ensure quality and compliance, and drive commercial success while building strong client relationships.
Reporting to the RTO General Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, budgets and performance, and identify opportunities to grow the training business in a dynamic rail setting.
