The Butler's Pantry Cafe, Bar & Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take ownership of all back-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all kitchen operations across café, restaurant, catering, and special events.

Develop and implement seasonal menus, specials, and new food concepts.

Drive creativity and innovation while maintaining consistency and profitability.

Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen team members to perform at their best.

Manage food costs, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are maintained at all times.

Foster a positive, high-performing team culture built on accountability and teamwork.





Work closely with management to support business growth and operational excellence.

About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.

Passionate about creating outstanding food and memorable customer experiences.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.

Creative and enthusiastic about menu development and food trends.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Commercially minded with experience managing costs and margins.
