The ideal candidate is a senior financial professional with a background in manufacturing within a multi-jurisdictional group of companies. You will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), financial reporting, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. You will work closely with the CEO and the executive team on decisions about the company’s financial strategy and operations, and bring a robust foundation in both finance and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks and other key advisors
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a finance focus
- 7–10 years of finance experience
- CPA, CA or MBA preferred, but not required.
