Job Description

Must have minimum 8 -15+ years of relevant experience with goodanalytical skill having experience in SAP Archiving/ILM Implementation,Deployment or Support projects.

Should have worked in at least couple of end-to-end SAP Archivingimplementation projects preferably in SAP ECC/ S/4 System(s) having in-depthknowledge in below mentioned areas:

Database: Advanced SQL optimization for SAP HANA

Nice to Have Skills:

- Problem-Solving: Robust analytical debugging skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Leadership: Proven experience leading technical project tracks

Requirements

- SAP ILMsystem decommissioning experience
- Experiencein achieving implementation in various environments like ECC, S/4, CRM, SRM& HR etc. systems.
- Experiencein PTP, OTC, FICO etc. cycle archiving of the transaction data and all othermodules. Understanding the business flow of the same.
- Archivingin ECC system as part of system migration or conversion.




- Should poseTechno-functional archiving skills.
- Handlingbusiness and experience on requirements gathering process.
- Experiencein the reporting tool for the effective retrieval of archived data.
- Expert inhandling unstructured data solutions.
- Hands on experienceon archiving testing process.
- Experienceand involvement in deployment and cutover activities.
- Handlingteam and coordination with functional and client stakeholders.
- Creation ofRules & Policies through ILM and Defining the Archiving strategy along withthe execution and monitoring of the Archival jobs.
- Knowledgein the ILM scenario like ILM Snapshot, Conversion, GDPR implementation,Retention Management & Retention Warehouse.
- Knowledgein the Audit area for the custom specific requirement.
- Knowledgein the Handling of Policies in ILM for the object specific requirement likeCompany Code, Sales Organization & Plant level.
- Knowledgein the Blocking and the retrieval of the archived data through PBS & AIS.
- Experienceof handling PBS add-on, PBS server and PBS configuration
- Experienceof working with AWS S3 or Azure Blob ILM store
- Knowledgeon working with content/archive servers like OpenText, IBM, KGS etc will begood to have skill.
- Experienceof archiving assessments and solutions including third party solutions in themarket
- ILM systemdecommissioning experience
- Structuredand unstructured data archiving experience e.g. DMS, archive link and GOSattachments
