The Opportunity:

We are looking for a customer centric Account Manager/FieldService Consultantto join our Customer Relations team. As aField Service Consultant,you willbe responsible forour exclusive customerlocated in multiple sites and will occasionally travel to other regionsacross.You will work with store licensees and managers to improve the efficiency of delivery and storage operations ensuring customer expectationsregardingassured supply, delivery, and storage standards are met consistently.

About the Role:

- Foster andmaintaina positive relationship with the client at all levels and complete planned visitation schedulesin accordance withservice level agreements

- Assess restaurant storage requirements and capabilities and recommendappropriate improvements

- In conjunction with management and the Quality Assurance (QA) Team, ensure compliance with all QA, food safety and related programs tomaintainproduct integrity and food safety

- Assist Restaurant Managers (Customer) with delivery management issues such as delivery windows, agreed delivery methods and follow up/investigate complaints concerning deliveries

- Assistwith the investigation and resolution process of customer/restaurant/product complaints

- Conduct Inventory management training and delivery observations

- Assistwith the implementation, monitoring and resolution of company credit notes and contribute as an active member of the product recovery team

- Plan, build and install racking & shelving in store

About You:

- Client Relationship or Account Management experience preferably within the FMCG/Food / Retail industry; 2 to 3 years of experience

- Must hold a current drivers’ license and havea good drivingrecord

- Possess awareness of WHS requirements

- Ability to engage with all levels of key stakeholders across the business





- Good influencing skills and attention to detail

- Be a self-starter who can manage your own time and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced setting

- Regional / overnight stays may berequiredfrom time to time
