Aspire is launching in Australia, and we are hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead the Australia sales team from the ground up. This is a player-coach role with direct accountability for the Australia outbound revenue from day one, reporting to the Global Head of Sales.

You will recruit and ramp a team of outbound AEs, establish territory and ICP, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and RevOps to drive a repeatable SMB/mid-market playbook.
