Reporting directly to a highly accomplished General Counsel, this position offers broad exposure across property and commercial matters while providing a clear pathway for professional development and progression.

You will play a key role in supporting the business's growth initiatives, advising on a diverse range of transactions including commercial and retail leasing, development and project agreements, heads of agreement, confidentiality agreements, due diligence processes, share and business sale transactions, joint venture arrangements and end-to-end transaction execution.

Beyond the property function,



you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience in-house by contributing and working closely with other areas of the business.

We are keen to speak with Associate and Senior Associate level lawyers with a strong property background gained within a respected private practice firm or a comparable in-house environment. Experience managing complex transactions and providing commercially focused advice will be highly regarded.
