About the Position
This is a fantastic opportunity for Associates and Senior Associates with experience in Corporate & Commercial law to advance their careers. You'll work closely with a skilled team of professionals handling diverse and complex matters, including:
- Advising on M&A; transactions and managing transactions end-to-end.
- Drafting and negotiating key agreements, including shareholder, licensing, and sale agreements.
- Providing tailored business structuring advice and intellectual property solutions.
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development.
This role offers hands‑on client exposure, a supportive team setting, and a unique approach to work‑life integration, allowing you to develop professionally while investing in personal growth.
Key Requirements
- 3-20+ years of post-admission experience in Corporate & Commercial law.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver practical and effective advice.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
- Commitment to excellence with exceptional attention to detail.

- Market-competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 + Super.
