About the job Senior Project Engineer - Car Park

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Car Park to lead engineering delivery of a package while maintaining safe access for users, adjacent operations and construction traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Own construction planning and engineering governance for demolition, earthworks, drainage, pavements,



structures, services and finishes
- Develop staging that maintains safe pedestrian, vehicle, emergency and operational access
- Lead design reviews, constructability workshops, temporary-works coordination and technical-query close-out
- Manage package budgets, forecasts, procurement, subcontract performance and schedule recovery
- Coordinate testing, finishing works and operational readiness

What We're Looking For

- Engineering qualification in civil, structural or construction, or equivalent experience
- Contractor delivery experience, including leading civil, structural or building packages in constrained environments
- Current construction induction card and valid driver's licence
- Ability to obtain project-specific rail, site and medical competencies
- Contractor-side experience with work packs, ITPs and subcontractor coordination

Relocation packages on offer.

Australian experience is required.
