I'm currently looking to connect with experienced Procurement and Commercial professionals for an opportunity supporting a major Federal Government program.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid Commonwealth procurement experience who enjoys managing complex procurement activities, providing commercial advice and delivering value-for-money outcomes.
The Opportunity:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and contract establishment.
- Provide specialist procurement and commercial advice to senior stakeholders and business areas.
- Prepare procurement plans, approach-to-market documentation, evaluation reports, approval briefs and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs), governance frameworks and probity requirements.
- Manage procurement risks, supplier engagement,
contract variations and commercial negotiations.
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and practices.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Commonwealth procurement activities.
- Strong understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules, procurement governance and contract management.
- Experience preparing procurement documentation, executive briefs and approval recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and commercial advisory skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality procurement outcomes.
- Experience in Federal Government procurement, particularly ICT, professional services or labour hire, will be highly regarded.
