Hilton Sydney is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the strategic and operational performance of all hotel F&B; outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, room service and events.
You will work with the Executive Chef and Commercial team to drive revenue growth, manage budgeting and workforce planning, and develop high-performing teams while upholding Hilton brand standards and guest excellence.
