This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Field Sales Representative will visit architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote CSP Architectural and CSP Plastamasta's products, present solutions, and support project specifications.

Key responsibilities

- Prospect new accounts and manage an existing territory
- Conduct product presentations and site visits
- Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities to secure orders
- Collaborate with other team members for pricing, logistics, and technical support
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Provide sales reports and market feedback to the GM
- Represent CSP Architectural and CSP Plastamasta at industry events
- Build long-term relationships and ensure a professional, customer-focused experience

About you

- Demonstrated experience in field sales, account management, or territory management, ideally within construction, building materials, or architectural products
- Strong customer relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, conduct client meetings, and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing the sale
- Solid communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain technical product features and benefits to diverse stakeholders
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including planning daily routes, prioritizing opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records




- Current driver's license and comfortable working on-site and traveling within the greater Brisbane area
- Basic understanding of construction processes, specifications, and project workflows; ability to read or interpret plans is an advantage
- Proficiency with standard business software (e.g., email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn company-specific systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
