Take over a $10 million school build just out of the ground.

You will run a technically complex multi-storey project for a mid-tier builder with Queensland awards track record since 2013. The previous Site Manager is returning to a partner business, so you inherit early works and build the job from structure upwards.

Live school setting, so staging, student interface, noise and access management are constant through the build.
