Bridge IT Engineering is seeking an experienced Test and Assurance Manager to support a major government capability program based in Canberra, ACT. This opportunity will suit an experienced Test & Evaluation (T&E;) professional with a strong background in systems engineering, integration testing, verification and validation within complex ICT or systems engineering environments. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, execution and reporting of Test & Evaluation activities across complex systems-of-systems environments, ensuring operational effectiveness, interoperability and compliance with engineering and assurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and deliver Test & Evaluation activities, including verification and validation.
- Develop and review test plans, methodologies, procedures and technical reports.
- Conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), workshops and assurance activities.
- Identify and manage testing risks, safety considerations and system integration requirements.
- Analyse test results and assess operational effectiveness and suitability.
- Engage with stakeholders, engineering teams and project managers to support capability delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of T&E; processes, standards and documentation.
Skills and Experience
To be successful, candidates will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in Test & Evaluation, systems engineering, verification and validation.
- Strong understanding of complex systems integration, test planning and assurance methodologies.
- Excellent organisational, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop high-quality technical documentation and communicate findings effectively.
- Ability to work onsite in Symonston, ACT.
- Minimum NV1 security clearance at commencement.
