THE ROLE

As Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager, you will lead the boutique experience from the front. You will drive sales, inspire a high-performing team and deliver the elevated, personal service that turns first-time customers into lifelong clients. You will have ownership of boutique performance and the clientele that comes with it, while contributing to the wider brand through visual standards, product insights and team development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive boutique sales and KPIs through strong trading rhythm, clienteling and a commercial mindset.
- Lead, coach and develop a team that delivers an exceptional, brand-led customer experience.




- Build and nurture a loyal client base through personalised service, follow-up and events.
- Uphold premium visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards every day.
- Manage rostering, stock, operations and loss prevention with precision.
- Share customer and product feedback with Head Office to inform buying and design.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top talent, and champion a positive team culture.
- Step in as the face of the brand, representing its values in every interaction.
