Construction Employment and Training QLD Limited – Collingwood Park QLD

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business, building solid relationships with employers across construction and civil construction. The role will identify opportunities to grow both Recruit Plus's labour hire and recruitment services and Construction Employment and Training's training services.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with construction companies, civil contractors, developers and subcontractors.
- Promote labour hire, recruitment, training courses and machine tickets.
- Develop employer partnerships to connect training graduates with employment opportunities.
- Research industry demand and identify opportunities for business expansion.




- Maintain client relationships and develop repeat business.
- Report on new leads and business growth.

About you

- Experience in business development, sales or relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Knowledge of construction, civil construction, labour hire or vocational training is desirable.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable business.
