THE ROLE

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you'll handle a range of incoming enquiries and leads from clients.

You’ll assist with booking a wide range of international travel products and itineraries.

Your day will include:

- Assisting clients via phone, email and chat functions
- Making new bookings and managing booking amendments, changes and cancellations.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships




- Providing expert product knowledge and sales support to help clients find the best travel solutions.

THE MUST HAVES

To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant within a retail or wholesale travel environment.
- A proven track record in sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Flexibility to work a 7 day rotating roster.
