Our fantastic staff understand the importance of connecting with their customers and are integral in creating the pub's safe and welcoming atmosphere.
We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our excellent team.
The Duty Manager will:
Ensure the venue is well-presented at all times
Open and close the venue - depending on shift
Monitor and manage all RSA, RCG and WHS responsibilities in the venue
Manage staff to create an enjoyable, positive and productive setting that delivers results
Ensure the safety of the venue
Have an excellent eye for detail and a strong commitment to customer service
Understand POS systems, TAB, Keno and Gaming functions
Conduct stocktakes and manage stock control
Be responsible for cash handling and administration
About you
Strong leadership skills
Have a hands-on approach and enjoy your work
Enthusiastic, friendly and honest
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with POS systems
Be prepared to work nights and weekends
NSW RSA and RGC
Have working rights in Australia
