At Steves Joinery, we've built our reputation over 24+ years delivering high-end residential joinery across the Illawarra, South Coast and Sydney.
We're a long-established family business with a great team, plenty of exciting projects and a strong pipeline of work ahead.
The role
We're looking for an experienced joiner to join our team full-time.
Our work covers both workshop production and onsite installation, so whether your strengths are on the factory floor, onsite or a bit of both, we'd like to hear from you.
What matters to us
- Experience: At least 5 years in joinery or cabinet making
- Quality: A sharp eye for detail and pride in a great finish
- Reliability: Someone who turns up, gets stuck in and follows through
- Efficiency:
Works at a good pace without cutting corners
- Know-how: Confident reading plans, using machinery and solving problems
- Attitude: Positive, practical and happy to work as part of a team
- Ownership: Takes initiative and responsibility for their work
You’ll need your own tools, reliable vehicle, current driver’s licence and Australian working rights.
Most of our work is local, with occasional travel to Sydney and the South Coast.
