The Opportunity

As a key member of the team, you will lead the development of compelling proposals, tenders and presentations that showcase the firm's expertise and competitive edge.

- Managing the end-to-end bid and tender process from strategy through to submission
- Developing persuasive, client-focused proposals and capability statements
- Working closely with Partners and subject matter experts to create winning content
- Identifying opportunities to continually improve bid quality and processes
- Maintaining a suite of best-practice submission materials and credentials
- Supporting broader business development initiatives,

About You

We're looking for a confident and commercially minded qualified who brings:

- Previous experience within bids, proposals or business development
- Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
- Strong project management abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- The confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience within legal, professional services or a corporate environment will be highly regarded.
