Airtree is seeking a Talent Manager to join our People team and oversee talent across our portfolio, then help with Airtree's internal hiring as you ramp. You will report to the Head of People & Talent who has held this role for two years.
You will become the central point in our Talent function, advising founders on hiring, performing searches, and driving events that grow Airtree's talent brand across Australia and Recent Zealand.
