Grampians Health Ballarat is a renowned Aged Care provider, boasting nine Aged Care Communities that have been delivering compassionate care for over 150 years. Thisincludes Jack Lonsdale Lodge, James Thomas Court, Eureka Village Hostel, Geoffrey Cutter Centre, WB Messer, PS Hobson, Hailey House, Talbot Place and Bill Crawford Lodge.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinateclinical care acrosseach shift.
- Support and deputisefor the NurseUnit Manager.
- Mentor, coach andsupportnursing staff.
- Coordinate staffing andclinical resources.
- Drive quality improvementand Aged CareStandards compliance.
- Partner with residents, families and themultidisciplinary team.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated clinical leadershipin aged careor similar.
- Knowledge of AgedCare Quality Standards.




- NDIS Worker ScreeningCheck or willingnessto obtain.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Associate Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 – YW12) which ranges from $60.94 - $62.99 per hour.
