For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our recent South Bunbury residence on a permanent part‑time weekend basis (Saturdays and Sundays). You will lead a team of RN, EN and PCA staff, shaping clinical care systems and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Working closely with the Residential Manager, you’ll mentor staff, monitor clinical outcomes, ensure compliance, and support commissioning activities as we open a brand‑new 180‑bed home in November
