Carma, an Australian digital pre-owned car dealership, is seeking a Senior Process Engineering Manager to own the systems, processes and operating models for vehicle reconditioning. You’ll lead lean manufacturing initiatives to make production safer, faster, higher quality and scalable.
Working with Production, Technical and Operational leaders, you’ll design future production facilities, layouts, workflows and standard work, and build capacity and labour models to support growth.
