South32's GEMCO operation seeks a Lead Finance skilled to oversee the mine's finance function and support sustainable value creation. The role reports to the Manager Commercial and involves managing budgets, forecasts and strategic analysis.

You will coordinate cost insights, capital investments, and ensure robust financial controls while collaborating across operations, commercial and corporate teams. FIFO from Cairns or Darwin is required.
