This is a varied, hands-on, onsite role combining customer service, sales administration and social media content creation. You will work with people, use computers and social media, and have the opportunity to learn and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Administration
- Receive and process customer orders over the phone.
- Communicate professionally with customers, stakeholders and stockists.
- Enter and maintain orders using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Read and respond to customer enquiries received via our website, email and social media.
- Create invoices and assist with general administration using MYOB.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create, film, edit and publish engaging content for our different food brands.
- Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Manage and connect with content creators & influencers
- Respond to social media comments and direct messages.
- Contribute creative ideas for promotions, product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging online presence across our brands.
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident speaking with customers and business stakeholders over the phone.
- Good computer skills, including Google Sheets, Excel and email.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Creative, with an interest in filming and editing social media content.
- Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
- A team player who can also work independently and manage tasks autonomously.
- Positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.
Experience with MYOB is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. We’re happy to train the right person who has the right attitude and enthusiasm.
