CatholicCare NT is seeking an NDIS Coordinator of Supports based in Darwin to assist participants in understanding and implementing funded supports and connecting them to community and government services.
You will help participants build skills, link to providers, and enable greater independence and community inclusion. A solid background in psychology, social work or welfare studies with relevant experience is essential.
