Join iconic Australian menswear brand GAZMAN as a Digital & Graphic Designer and play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging, innovative and commercially driven creative content. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will deliver compelling digital and graphic design solutions that elevate the GAZMAN brand across online, retail and marketing channels, while supporting impactful marketing campaigns and customer experiences.

Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Design and deliver engaging creative assets across website, EDM, social media, paid advertising and digital marketing channels

Lead the design and execution of website homepages, landing pages and campaign content to create seamless customer experiences

Create compelling digital marketing assets including display advertising, retargeting campaigns, banners and promotional content

Develop and edit video content for digital channels, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints

Support the development and execution of local area marketing campaigns, digital catalogues, lookbooks and promotional materials

Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and wider Marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign strategies

Maintain and uphold GAZMAN's visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all creative outputs

Apply customer-focused digital experiences and drive engagement

Research competitor activity and industry trends to generate creative inspiration and innovative ideas

Coordinate multimedia content and support the delivery of creative assets across multiple marketing channels





You will have:

A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in Digital Design, Graphic Design or a similar creative role, preferably within the retail / fashion sector

Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD and Premiere Pro

Experience designing for digital marketing channels, including websites, EDMs, social media and online advertising

A sound understanding of responsive design, mobile first principles and ecommerce best practise

Experience working with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and email marketing platforms such as Emarsys

Video editing and multimedia content creation experience

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, creative and collaborative approach to work
