About the Role
Accurate Recruitment has partnered with an established manufacturing and engineering leader in Geebung. We are seeking reliable Production Machine Operators with a current Forklift Licence to join a fast-paced, growing team.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you will divide your time between operating machinery, driving forklifts, and assisting with general production.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Learn to operate and monitor specialized manufacturing machinery (full training provided).
Drive forklifts safely to load, unload, and transfer raw materials and finished products.
Label, stack, and organize processed products in the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, secure workspace and assist with general production duties.
What We Are Looking For
Licence: A current, valid Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.
Experience: Previous background in manufacturing, warehouse production, recycling, or machine operation is highly regarded.
Fitness: Comfort working in a physical, labour-intensive manufacturing environment.
Eligibility: Candidates must hold full, unrestricted Australian working rights to be considered for these permanent positions.
