Point Hotel is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar team and deliver precise, high-quality cocktails across outlets such as KIN Bar & Dining and Aira. You will guide service, mentor the team and uphold beverage standards in a rapid-paced environment.
Reporting to Bars Manager, you’ll develop menus, supervise opening/closing, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the beverage operation.
