Job Description

Introduction

As a Project Manager you’ll take ownership of complex fit out projects from inception to handover. You’ll inspire your team, engage with clients, and drive outcomes across safety, quality, program, and commercial success. Your leadership will set the tone on site and ensure every stakeholder — from clients to subcontractors — is aligned and motivated.

- Proven experience managing complex fit out or construction projects
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders




- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
- A leadership style that builds engaged, collaborative, and resilient teams

What you need to succeed

- Previous experience delivering high‑value commercial fit‑out projects
- Experience working for a head contractor / fit‑out contractor
- Solid understanding of Design & Construct project delivery
- Proven experience managing projects, subcontractors, consultants and internal teams
- Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence managing projects in the $10M-$30M range
- The ambition to step into a Senior Project Manager role and continue progressing your career
