We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) implementation within a large and complex Queensland organisation.

This is a high-profile transformation program that will impact a statewide workforce, requiring an accomplished leader with solid technical delivery capability, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology implementations.

About the Role

As the Technical Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful planning, governance and delivery of a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation. Working closely with executive stakeholders, technical specialists, vendors and delivery partners, you will lead the project through design, integration, testing, deployment and operational handover. You will provide leadership across all aspects of project delivery while ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation.
- Manage project governance, reporting, financials, risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, development, testing, integration and data streams.
- Provide technical leadership across solution design, implementation and system integration activities.
- Oversee vendor performance and manage relationships with professional service providers.
- Engage and influence senior executives and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes.
- Lead project planning, scheduling and delivery assurance activities.
- Manage testing, release planning,



deployment and transition to business-as-usual operations.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, operational readiness and sustainable support arrangements are established.

About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Extensive experience leading large-scale enterprise technology implementations as a Technical Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager or Delivery Manager.
- Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally including SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) and Employee Central.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex system integration and enterprise technology projects.
- Proven capability managing vendors, delivery partners and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, executive reporting and delivery assurance.
- Experience overseeing testing, data migration, release management and implementation activities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience operating within highly regulated environments.

Highly Regarded

- Queensland Government or broader public sector experience.
- Healthcare sector experience.
- SAP BTP and Integration Suite exposure.
- PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, MSP or SAP Activate certifications and methodologies.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL or contemporary enterprise delivery frameworks
