Xact Accounting is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to provide general marketing support across content creation, social media, partnerships and events. This role suits someone with a strong graphic design background who is wanting to transition into a marketing team, or a talented marketing coordinator who is wanting to expand their skills into new areas of marketing. You'll use your creative skills every day while picking up the planning, coordination and delivery skills that round out a marketing career. You'll work closely with our Australian team and support the marketing team based in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

General marketing support activity across the team's day to day work

Content capture for social media, including photography and video at events and in the office

Support for partnership management activity, including coordination with referral and sponsorship partners

Event management support, from planning through to on the day delivery and activations

Close collaboration with and support for the marketing team based in the Philippines

About you





A qualification in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field

One to three years' design or marketing experience, including study, freelance or agency work

Comfortable capturing imagery and short-form video for social media, at events and around the office

Strong organisation skills with ability to keep several jobs moving at once

Highly cooperative, ability to work well with a distributed team across Australia and the Philippines

Confident in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar

You back yourself, speak up with ideas, are hungry to learn, are ambitious and keen to build broad marketing skills
