We are an online company specialising in quality tapware, showers and fireclay sinks. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse / Internal Sales / Showroom All-Rounder to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position suited to someone with strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand and resolve technical product enquiries.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organising and dispatching goods.
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.
Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in the showroom.
Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service.
Understand customer needs and assist with technical questions and product-related problems.
Provide general office assistance as required.
Support showroom operations and internal sales activities.
About you
Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills, along with good computer literacy skills.
Ability to understand technical information and troubleshoot product-related issues as well as writing skills to communicate with architects and designers.
Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience with Fishbowl is advantageous.
Technical knowledge of tapware, showers, sinks or related products is advantageous.
A current forklift licence is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
