You will manage client contracts, coordinate a team of care workers, and ensure services meet client care plans and approved standards. Leadership and community collaboration are central to the role.
You will work to maintain quality, timeliness and effectiveness of service delivery, liaising with assessors, nurses and other providers to support Indigenous elders in their own homes.
