Your New Role

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Head of QHSE to join our team on a full time basis located in our Sydney office.

Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead QHSE activities across multiple offices and warehouse.

Develop, implement and continuously improve QHSE systems, policies and procedures.

Drive a positive safety culture across internal teams and contractor organisations.

Conduct site audits, inspections and compliance reviews.

Provide support and guidance to Managers and operations teams.

Monitor activities from a safety, risk and quality perspective.

Identify safety risks, quality concerns and compliance issues, ensuring corrective actions are completed.

Review project documentation, incident investigations and risk assessments.

Support teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.

Leadership and support are crucial in this role,



which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to staff and customer needs.

What You Need

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

5 Years Experience in similar role within the industry

Strong understanding of HSE systems, policies and legislative requirements.

Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to details

Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
