Studco Building Systems is looking for a full-time Sales Support Specialist to join our EZConcept team in Croydon, VIC. If you enjoy working closely with customers and helping a sales team perform at its best, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer contact: Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, professionally and efficiently.
Order management: Process orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Product knowledge: Provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations to customers.
Administration: Maintain accurate records and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Sales support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and lead generation.
Customer experience: Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and help implement changes.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good problem-solving ability and sound judgement
Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing data accurately
High attention to detail
A proactive, can-do approach to work
