Skip Bin Company Assistant Operations Manager / Operations Supervisor

Role Summary: In this hands‑on role, you will work closely with the Business Director to oversee daily office administration, fleet coordination, yard activities, and customer communication. If you aspire to become a manager in the future, this role will serve as an excellent stepping stone to help you develop into a qualified one.

Key Responsibilities

- 1. Daily Operations & Fleet Dispatch:
- Assist in scheduling skip bin deliveries, pickups, and driver routes for optimal efficiency. - Communicate daily duties and route updates with our team of truck drivers.
- 2. Yard & Team Coordination:
- Assist in monitoring daily yard activities, bin inventory levels, and sorting workflows. - Supervise office administration staff and support site staff to ensure daily operations meet safety and efficiency standards.
- 3. Customer & Supplier Relations:
- Maintain positive relationships with residential clients, builders, and waste disposal facilities. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.

About You





- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, transport, retail management, or administrative supervision (Skip Bin / Waste management experience is a bonus, but NOT essential).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive, "can-do" attitude and a strong willingness to learn the industry.
- Solid communication skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly regarded to facilitate communication with our team and clients.
- Proficient in basic office computer software (Excel, Email, Dispatching software or willingness to learn).
