MacKillop Family Services is seeking experienced Residential Care Workers to join our South Metro OOHC programs. You will contribute to day-to-day operations, respond to emotional and practical needs, and help young people develop independence in a protected, nurturing environment.

This role offers part-time and casual roster opportunities across VIC, including day, afternoon, and overnight shifts, reporting to the Residential House Supervisor.
