Role Description The Workplace Software Architect (Records Management) is responsible for the design and implementation oversight of the Information Asset Management solution, ensuring records management, information governance, retention, disposal, and compliance requirements are effectively delivered across the client setting. The role provides architectural leadership for Microsoft Purview Records Management, AvePoint Opus, and associated information governance technologies, ensuring alignment with the client recordkeeping, compliance, security, and operational requirements. Working closely with business stakeholders, information management teams, compliance specialists, and technical delivery teams, the Workplace Software Architect defines the target-state information governance architecture, metadata model, retention framework, governance controls, records management processes, and information lifecycle management capabilities
