About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our Dubbo branch. In this diverse, hands-on role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with product selection, pricing, stock, orders, and deliveries. You’ll also assist with branch administration, showroom promotions, and occasional picking and packing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a customer-focused team player with a practical, solution-driven approach.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries.
- Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery
- Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer literacy with the ability to multitask and priorities workloads
- A proactive team player willing to support other areas as needed
