The successful candidate

- Provide solid leadership across Stage 2 and Stage 3, guiding high‑quality learning and pedagogy.
- Model engaging, innovative and evidence‑based teaching practice.
- Promote student wellbeing, engagement and positive learning behaviours.
- Commit to ongoing professional learning and actively support colleagues' growth.
- Build positive, collaborative relationships with students, families and staff.
- Use data effectively to inform teaching and drive improvement across Stage 2 and Stage 3.
- Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs.
- Bring valuable experience working with diverse learners.
- Lead and coordinate programs that support students with diverse learning needs.
- Support teachers in implementing effective adjustments and inclusive learning practices.

Qualifications and Accreditation

To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese along with:

- Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance
- Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Statements of Service
- Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
- Religious Education qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them in line with the Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead requirements
