Oz Metalwork is looking for a reliable, hands-on Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. The role involves general labouring duties, assisting our metalworkers and keeping the workshop clean, protected and organised.
Duties include
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Assisting tradespeople with daily tasks
- Preparing work areas, tools and equipment
- General cleaning and workshop housekeeping
- Operating basic machinery under supervision
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle (essential)
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous labouring or workshop experience is an advantage
Desirable
- Current First Aid certificate
- Forklift licence
