We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead our plumbing team and oversee safe, high-quality work across residential/commercial/industrial projects. You'll coordinate daily jobs, support and develop team members, and ensure work meets applicable codes and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assign work and supervise plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Plan schedules, materials, and equipment for jobs
- Review work for quality, safety, and compliance with plumbing codes
- Troubleshoot complex issues and help resolve project delays
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades
- Track job progress, material use, and service records
- Train team members and promote safe work practices
About you
- Proven experience in plumbing,
including supervisory or lead experience
- Relevant plumbing license or certification required
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and applicable codes
- Ability to read plans and organize multiple work fronts
- Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
