Rawson Group is seeking a Health, Safety, Setting and Quality (HSEQ) Business Partner to support sites across Sydney, the ACT and Central NSW. This field-based role focuses on practical safety improvements, risk assessments and incident investigations, balancing compliance with real-world solutions.

You will partner with leaders, supervisors and subcontractors to improve safety culture, deliver trainings, and review contractor compliance.
